Del Water Gap Unveils 2026 Headlining 'Chasing the Chimera World Tour' Dates

Del Water Gap is chasing the highest high of his career with the newly unveiled dates of his headlining Chasing the Chimera World Tour. Kicking off at the top of next year, the tour will follow the release of his third studio album, Chasing the Chimera, set for release November 7 via Mom+Pop Records. The announcement follows Del Water Gap's return to the headlining spot earlier this year at Lollapalooza and a string of dates in the UK/AU for the first time since opening up for Niall Horan and Halsey.

For his first headlining tour since I Miss You Already Tour in 2023, S. Holden Jaffe is hitting major cities across North America, UK, and EU, with stops at Washington D.C.'s 9:30 Club, Chicago's Riviera Theatre, New York's Brooklyn Paramount, Los Angeles's The Wiltern, London's Roundhouse, and Amsterdam's Paradiso. Hannah Jagadu will serve as support for all dates.

In an email to fans announcing the tour, DWG shared, "" I have met so many more of you since that tour two years ago. I traveled the world with Niall and with Halsey, and I played festivals and some shows of my own in Europe and the UK and Australia (mashed potatoes brain). If you’re newer here — hi. I love you. Thank you for stopping by. I can’t wait to meet you. When you come to the show, you’ll hear all about the highs and lows of tour. If you’ve been to a show of mine before, maybe I’ve said something on stage about it: “I was sobbing thirty-five minutes ago, and then I had a fig bar, and now I’m out here on stage with you, and things are looking up!!!” It’s lonely out there sometimes. When I was a child, the notion of touring and playing my songs was the ultimate picture of freedom. It still feels like that on the good days, but I’m finding that the more time I spend on this earth, the more I realize that there is a sadness baked into freedom."
