BØRNS is giving fans a rush of serotonin in celebration of the ten-year anniversary of his breakthrough debut album Dopamine. The alt-rock singer has announced his Dopamine Anniversary Tour across North America this fall to celebrate the album that catapulted his career a decade ago. The announcement follows BØRNS' return to the stage earlier this year for the first time since 2018 in celebration of the release of his latest EP Honeybee .
On the anniversary of the album and the opportunity to share it with audience again, BØRNS shared, “Dopamine, as a record, has picked me up and taken me on a journey. Those songs have been my closest friends and we’ve grown together. I’m so proud to see it turn 10 this year.” In addition to announcing the live celebration of Dopamine, BØRNS released a previously unheard track from the Dopamine era, "High Speed Chasing." The song was written in 2013 along with the rest of the original album, but was never recorded until recently. The song represents this latest era for BØRNS: embracing the nostalgia of his past in a way that carries it into the future.
