Alessi Rose cements her status as a rising pop powerhouse with Voyeur (Deluxe), a sharper, sassier, and even more unapologetic evolution of her original record. While Voyeur introduced us to Alessi as a fearless man-eater with a taste for biting honesty and irresistible pop melodies, the deluxe edition turns the volume all the way up. Tracks like “Same Mouth,” “Take It or Leave It,” and “That Could Be Me” already showcased her razor-edged lyricism and seductive confidence, but the new additions take her wit and dominance to the next level.
On “First Original Thought,” Alessi skewers male mediocrity with tongue-in-cheek flair. She mocks a man who mistakes fleeting self-awareness for depth, only realizing her worth once the distractions fade, when the parties end, and the other women stop entertaining him. It’s pure pop perfection: catchy, cutting, and impossible not to replay.
Then there’s “Falling Forever,” where Alessi reclaims her power with unapologetic confidence. Over a pulsing dance beat, she calls out a man addicted to the thrill of the chase, someone who bails the moment things get real. “Now it’s her you’ll leave when it gets too deep / oh baby you’ll be falling forever.” It’s closure wrapped in a glittering club anthem—a fearless reminder that she’s done playing small for anyone who can’t keep up.
“Get Around” flips the script yet again, as Alessi turns a player’s recklessness into her own playground. He may sleep around, but she’s unbothered, teasingly claiming her space with the sly line, “I wish he’d get around to me.” It’s cheeky, confident, and effortlessly fun—Alessi at her most magnetic.
Currently opening for Tate McRae on the Miss Possessive Tour, Alessi Rose is proving she’s not just another rising star—she’s a pop provocateur whose charisma and confidence command the stage. With Voyeur (Deluxe), she doesn’t just let us watch; she dares us to keep up.
