Multi-platinum rock powerhouses Hinder are officially back and firing on all cylinders. The band has just dropped their brand-new single, “Bring Me Back to Life,” alongside the announcement of their highly anticipated seventh studio album, Back to Life, set for release on May 23. While their last single, “Everything is a Cult,” was their heaviest track to date, this new song leans into melodic pop-rock more than ever before—proving that nearly two decades in, Hinder are still evolving. But more than that, this track reignited their passion for making music and became the spark for an entire album.

After a massive 2024 that saw them play over 100 shows, share the stage with Creed, Three Doors Down, and Daughtry, and drop fan-favorite singles like “Live Without It”, Hinder wasted no time kicking off 2025. They launched a U.S. headline tour last month with Saliva, Kingdom Collapse, and Kelsey Hickman, highlighted by an unforgettable packed-house performance at LA’s legendary Whisky a Go Go. Now, they’re gearing up for their next era with Back to Life, produced by Hanson and vocalist Marshal Dutton.

Hinder’s music has always hit hard—whether it’s with stadium-shaking rock anthems or soulful, introspective ballads—but Back to Life is more than just another album. It’s a reinvention.. “When you’ve been writing songs for over 20 years, sometimes you run out of things to say,” confesses drummer and founding member Cody Hanson. “In life in general, it’s easy to become complacent and uninspired. That’s why ‘Bring Me Back to Life’ is such an important track, not only for the album, but for our band as a whole. After writing an entire album and then throwing it away in 2020, we had become discouraged and decided that we weren’t going to release any new music, much less an entire album. However, as soon as we wrote ‘Bring Me Back to Life,’ everything changed. Sometimes, it just takes one special song to breathe life back into a band, and this song became the catalyst for the entire album. Needless to say, we are very excited for the world to hear this one.”
