In honor of their 25th anniversary, legendary punk rockers Bayside are celebrating in style by re-recording their iconic anthem “Devotion And Desire” — and it’s available now via Hopeless Records! Originally released in 2005, this track quickly became a crowd favorite and has been a staple of their live shows ever since.
And the fun doesn’t stop there — Bayside is hitting the road this year with their epic 25 Years of Bayside: The Errors Tour! Kicking off tomorrow, March 29th, in Buffalo, and wrapping up with a massive hometown show in Huntington, NY, on September 26th, this tour is going to be an absolute blast. The band’s bringing some amazing support along the way: Sincere Engineer (leg 1), Smoking Popes (leg 2), and The Sleeping (leg 3).
Here’s the twist: Each city gets two nights of Bayside magic, and you’ll get to witness two completely different sets packed with the band’s biggest hits. Night one is all about the classics, with songs from Sirens and Condolences, Self-Titled, The Walking Wounded, and Shudder. Night two, however, will dive deep into their later albums like Killing Time, Cult, Vacancy, Interrobang, and the most recent release, There Are Worse Things Than Being Alive.
Listen to the re-record “Devotion And Desire” now.
