The lead single kicks off with a fiery electric guitar, instantly pulling you in with their signature harmonies. It perfectly captures that feeling of giving your all to your dreams while skating dangerously close to burnout. Trousdale still brings that irresistible golden pop sound, but this time, they’ve embraced their country influences more than ever before, adding a fresh spin to their signature style.

Lauren Jones shared, “The idea for this song came about pretty naturally by discussing one of our favorite subjects: how exhausted we are. It really is so disorienting at times to have a career that is your passion, but also your work. Your boundaries are constantly being pushed and pulled, and you’re always willing to put in the overtime because you care so much. Over time, this can really start to look like burnout if you’re not careful. ‘Growing Pains’ is about living the dream while acknowledging that the dream can be pretty hard sometimes.”

In the official music video for 'Growing Pains,' directed by Giovanna Trujillo and Sworn Friend Studios, Trousdale transitions from handling routine tasks at the gym to stepping into the boxing ring, emerging as their own superheroes. This powerful visual sets the tone for the album, hinting at the strength and resilience that defines Growing Pains.

Recorded live in the studio and co-produced by Trousdale and John Mark Nelson, Growing Pains takes their sound to new heights. With the creative contributions of Mags Duval, John Mark Nelson, and Lawrence Rothman, along with a larger band lineup, the album delivers a fuller, more expansive sound than ever before. Packed with 12 tracks that explore life's toughest moments while offering hope and resilience, Growing Pains is a journey that will resonate deeply. Mark your calendars—April 11 can’t arrive fast enough!
