Laufey Announces New Album 'A Matter of Time,' Set for August 22 Release

Fans of Laufey have been speculating about the release of her third studio album for days, but it was only a matter of time before the jazz-pop artist formally announced her latest project. Following the release of her latest single, "Silver Lining," last month, Laufey has announced that her new album, A Matter of Time, will be released August 22.
The new album will feature 14 tracks, including "Silver Lining" and newly announced "Tough Luck," due out May 15. On the album, Laufey shared, "I've taken my diary and turned it into an album of songs, delving into the whole range of emotions - from the beautiful to the ugly - that one experiences as life and love unfold in time."
Vinyl preorder is available starting May 15.
