Multi-platinum pop-rock band LANY announces their long-awaited return with Soft, their first studio album in two years, arriving October 10 via Virgin Music. The project explores striking contrasts—tough exteriors against unguarded honesty—capturing the tension between resilience and vulnerability that defines this new chapter.
“It’s so easy to let the challenges of the world harden you. The hardest thing to do is to fight against it — to stay soft. To protect your softness and the things that you love,” says frontman Paul Klein.
Leading the record is its electrifying first single, “Know You Naked,” released today alongside its official music video. The track is both intimate and unrelenting: a love letter at its core, yet charged with industrial guitars, jagged synth stabs, and glitchy textures. Klein’s stirring vocal delivery rises above the storm, embodying the band’s signature nostalgia while expanding their sonic palette into bold new terrain.
